We emphasise on maintaining high expectations through our new concepts for overnight and short city breaks. Marketing is a key aspect to our business and how all customers will identify us. Everyone at every level of the business works towards a more welcoming and personalised stay.

Our Strategy:

Within the next 5 years we aim to establish customer relationships by working closely with bloggers and hotel critics as they are extremely influential and have a large following on social media. We therefore aim to create a hotel which can be trusted and consistence in our service.

Within 10 years we aim to invest future profits for internal expansion of the brand into other cities around the UK, developing a more national sense of awareness.
